Most items shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Apparel is printed upon receipt of order and results in a longer shipping time. Select items are not available for instore pickup.

Purchase Restrictions:

Purchase of items for resale is prohibited.

Shipping on Jellycat items is limited to residential addresses only.

Due to high demand, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of Jellycat and Needoh items per order or, in rare cases, decline a purchase. This ensures fair access to all customers.
